      My self Alok Gautam, I am very much upset with EPFO office. My EPF No is GNGGN1002163000/182 and UNA No 100821721398 Previous Company Name Sahara Q Shop Unique Product Range Ltd. I had follow up with Gurgaon PF office from last 45 Days. My EX company Sahara Told me the they deposit 86615 Rs to against my PF account but in my Passbook its not showing. Then I’ll visit Gurgaon PF office, Attendant officer ask me to deposit Annuxure K if your ex company deposit the amt. Then I’ll arrange Annuxure K and submit to PF Officer on 18 August 2017. Officer give “assurance that amt is reflect in my Passbook soon, You can submit withdrawal form again. Then I submit my withdrawal form again 6 September 2017. During this period I’ll check passbook again and again but still 86615 Amt not showing in my passbook. Then Again I visited to Gurgaon PF Office, PF Officer inform me that they receive my PF Amt on 10-July-2017 But Now they told me Some Technical Error is coming and they not transfer that amt in my PF account. I go to the EDP Section then Account Section / Cash Section they all told me your PF amt is reached in PF account but due to internal tech error they can’t able to transfer this amt is my PF account. I am very much upset now, What is my fault? I doing daily visit to Gurgaon PF office but now no buddy give solution of my query. I need the Money my sister marriage in next month. But my Money is not with me its stuck in PF Gurgaon office. Please Please Please help me out on this situation. Again I attached my Annuxure K form in this mail.

    2. 1. After putting 23 years’ of service from 1993 in Xerox India Ltd.,(formerly, Modi Xerox Ltd) Gurgaon, I have resigned in Sep. 2016.
      2. My Employer, Xerox, on my behalf, submitted Form 10D for Pension claim – EPS A/C NO.HR/GGN/32291/45.
      3. Modi Xerox Ltd had their Plant in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh and their PF A/c in EPFO, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
      4. Modi Xerox Ltd., became Xerox India Ltd., after Dr.Modi sold his entire share holding to Xeorx, USA.
      5. After closure of Modi Xerox Plant in Rampur, Xerox has transferred the PF contribution to EPFO, Gurgaon from EPFO, Bareilly in 2012 itself after becoming member of EPFO, Gurgaon.
      6. EPFO, Gurgaon, has sent a letter addressed to myself in March, 2017 saying that I am not eligible for pension as I have not completed 10 years’ of service in Xerox India Ltd without even checking their records for transfer of my PF contribution from EPFO, Bareilly to EPFO, Gurgaon. EPFO, Gurgaon, has returned to me all the documents submitted by my Employer, Xerox for pension claim.
      7.I have registered my complaint online and got Annexure – K by mail from your Bareilly office.
      8.I have submitted the same vide my letter dated 16th October, 2017 (copy attached) attaching all the documents returned by EPFO, Gurgaon. Ms. Nidhi of your EPFO, Gurgaon office has even refused to accept the copy of Annexure – K received by me through mail saying that the signature of the authority on the Annexure – K is not visible. After serious argument telling her to check with your Bareilly office about the authenticity of the Annexure – K, she has very reluctantly accepted.

      I have submitted with my letter copy of birth certificates of my children and physically shown them to Ms.Nidhi. Ms.Nidhi was not happy when I told her to talk to Bareilly office and that is why she has rejected my claim.

      I have registered a complaint through your website vide Registration No.HRGGN/E/2017/19781 and got the following response :-

      “This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number HRGGN/E/2017/19781.
      It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
      Sir it is informed that your case has been rejected due to non submission of age proof of children and authorised signature of officer on annexure K. So you are advised to contact EPFO breilly Uttar pradesh

      Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future correspondence.”

      Sir, please let me know as to why I am being asked to contact EPFO, Bareilly, even after producing Annexure – K. Why can’t EPFO, Gurgaon check with Bareilly office and settle my claim.

      May I request your interference in this matter.

      I am Bhagwat Prasad, Already i had claimed to withdraw my contribution on 31st October 2017.
      Request to please provide the current status of claimed PF. PF account details shown below-

      Form Submitted date – 31st October 2017

    4. Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have a PF account with Intrasphere technologies (operative between the years 2007-2009). When I left intrasphere and joined Sapient I put a request for PF transfer but nothing happened. This account became inoperative as there were no transactions in that account after I left intrasphere.

      Few days back, I have put a request for withdrawal of my PF amount as I urgently need money to construct my house. Its been one month and I am not able to check the status of my claim.

      Please let me know the status of my claim for the PF account no : HR/GGN/26557/ 83.
